Product Returns

Any item purchased due to customers negligence, without proper confirmation of fitment prior to purchase of item. Danse Equipment is not responsible for discrepancies in manufacturer part diagrams. Always call us to confirm part fitment if you are not 100% sure the part will fit your machine.

Note : All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Send the information about the Goods to be returned in a complete email on returns@danseusa.com or Call 1-800-542-4134, for return of goods that meet one of the following criteria :

  1. Goods to be returned are in its original packaging up to 10 days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 10 days.
  2. Goods are not abused or damaged in any manner.
  3. Goods do not fall under the items that do not qualify for returns as per the industry standards -
    • Customised orders, such as custom made-to-order and fabricated items
    • All Electrical Parts
    • Carburettors and Carburettor parts including gaskets, O Rings and/or other installed parts.
    • Engine and Engine Parts such as, but not limited to, gaskets, gasket sets, seals, o-rings, and/or installed parts
    • Any item installed or attempted to install
    • Any item not in the original packaging, in altered packaging, missing original components, manuals, or literature
    • Closeout, sale, or promotional items
    • Extended Inventory items
    • Hazardous materials
    • Goods shipped outside the continental United States
    • Special orders, such as non catalog items and volume purchases & Warranty items.

If the goods are found damaged or defective, or not completely fulfilled, they must be brought to notice within 3 business days of receipt, by email on returns@danseusa.com or by calling customer service at 1-800-542-4134.

Once contacted, after review, you will be provided with a Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) number to include or write on the returned package. Once the eligibility of the return of goods is determined, a return label will be provided, which shall be placed upon the original shipping label and the box should be resealed appropriately

  • No warranty returns will be accepted without a return authorisation number.
  • Warranty claims should be filed immediately to ensure manufacturer assistance in replacing the part. 
  • Part must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your claim. 
  • Failure to return the part within 7 days may be subject to warranty forfeiture.

Shipping Policy

DANSE EQUIPMENT COMPANY SHIPPING POLICY

We advise you to read the information below carefully for a better understanding of our shipping policies.

Any special delivery instruction provided by you on the package, when cause misplacement or loss of package is not the responsibility of Danse Equipment Company Inc.

Danse Equipment Company will not be responsible for deliveries that do not require signature.

Danse Equipment Company does not stock all the parts on the online catalog. For better availability and easy handling, plus the overall convenience of timely delivery to the customer, most of the OEM parts ship directly from the customer.

In such cases, since the inventory levels and shipping costs from the manufacturer are not conveyed at the time of order placement, an additional shipping cost will be levied in the final cost once the order is placed.

When ordering multiple parts from different manufacturers additional shipping cost may apply as each manufacturer may charge individual shipping costs.

In some cases, the availability might fluctuate due to unavailability of the part with the manufacturer. In such cases, you will be notified of the backordered item, you can choose to get a refund or get the part delivered when in stock.

If your order contains items from multiple manufacturer warehouses, your order will arrive in separate deliveries. If you ordered a Husqvarna part and a Multiquip part, the Husqvarna part will ship from Husqvarna, and the Multiquip part will ship from Multiquip. Please do not expect combined shipments.

Order processing times and delivery dates may differ depending upon the availability of goods with the manufacturer.

We advise you to call or email for special delivery - eg. expedited delivery, next day air etc. 

Our shipping prices reflect ground delivery for generalized parcel shipping, which does not exceed "oversize" dimensions or weight policies of the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.

If your purchase exceeds maximum ground shipping criteria, our parts team will contact you to determine the best solution possible. If you know that the part you are purchasing exceeds ground shipping criteria, please feel free to call us for an affordable freight quote.

This policy directly reflects on, but is not limited to, engines and equipment parts for generators, buggies, mixers, screed, trowels, welders and other large, bulky, or otherwise shipments that require special handling. 

Please note: Danse Equipment Company strongly implies that the shipping cost calculated on the website is for estimation purposes and is not final. It may reflect the shipping cost for items in stock and is subject to change depending on the freight changes at the manufacturer’s warehouse. This price serves parcel delivery for packages that do not exceed dimensional or weight requirements for normal ground shipping.

If your shipping address cannot accept packages from the USPS (US Priority Mail OR UPS please enter an alternate address, such as a P.O. Box or other, into the Order Instructions/Comments box on the payment page. 

Most orders are processed the same day the order is placed, if before 12:00pm EST. Orders submitted after 12:00pm EST are processed the next day. All orders are drop shipped from our network of warehouses throughout the country in order to offer our customers the most efficient method of delivery. In order to maintain competitive pricing, and to expedite orders, we rely on OEM manufacturers to ship from their warehouses throughout the US. We utilize those warehouses to drop ship for us, and in some cases, your order could be shipping from a warehouse closer to your home state. 

Once your order has processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

For Backordered Items

In rare occurrences, some products may be backordered by the manufacturer. We try to update our inventory as quickly as possible when an item is placed on backorder. If an item you purchased is on backorder, you will be notified immediately via email.

In addition, OEM parts are special order items from the manufacturer. Although we maintain a large inventory, it's very difficult to stock millions of parts. In this case, you will be notified that your order may require additional processing time. However, most OEM orders process as normal.
