30556 KP Wire Gutter Broom 5 Section Set by Keystone Plastics steel
A full line of Gutter Brooms is available for every make and model sweeper on the road today. Topped with high impact resistant co-polymer blocks, the patented wire has a long-lasting and durable spring action keeping Gutter Brooms firm, in-shape, and ready for heavy-duty curb sweeping jobs. 
Application: Curb sweeping - sweeps in front of the main broom vacuum.
FILAMENT (WIRE) 
Patented Wire: The patented wire has demonstrated to be a much stronger and harder wire with greater resistance to fatigue than traditional Gutter Broom wires. 
Oil Tempered Wire: A durable wire with long life, better recovery, high carbon content, higher cost. 
Poly: Used mostly on airports where the wire is forbidden. 
Available: Special and Heavy Fill wire count gutter brooms are also available. 
Gutter Brooms are typically made up of a few sections or heads. The most common are 5 sections and 4 sections. While there are others, each box you purchase will be packaged with the number of sections needed to make one complete Gutter Broom. This works well if you are re-selling the Gutter Brooms or if you are a low volume user. But what if you’re a high volume user or sell to high volume users? In this case, it is easier to purchase bulk totes (commonly referred to as gaylords) of Gutter Brooms.
Each tote has 120 Gutter Broom sections inside. This means that you can reach in the tote and simply pull out the sections that you need without dealing with boxes.
This also works well if you have a different sweeper that use the same type of Gutter Broom but with different section counts, i.e. 4 sections Elgin and a 5 section Elgin use the same Gutter Broom block and are the same, just a different quantity to make the broom for different sweepers.
Totes also save on shipping costs. Depending on the type of Gutter Broom, we typically put 16 to 20 Gutter Broom boxes on a pallet. If, for example, we take a standard 5 section Gutter Broom and we put 20 boxes on the pallet, you’ll have a total of 100 sections making 20 sets of Gutter Brooms. A tote has 120 sections which will give you 24 sets of Gutter Brooms for the same cost.

Order processing

  • Orders placed before 12 PM ET ship the same business day when the item is in stock.
  • Orders after 12 PM ET ship the next business day.

Multiple warehouses & drop-shipments

  • Many OEM parts ship straight from the manufacturer. Your order may arrive in separate boxes—each with its own tracking number.
  • If extra freight is required (for example, one brand charges a second shipping fee) we will email the revised total for approval before charging your card.

Estimated rates shown at checkout

  • Website rates assume standard ground service and parcel-size limits (UPS / USPS / FedEx ≤ 70 lb or 108 inches length + girth).
  • Oversize or heavyweight items (engines, generators, mixers, etc.) need a freight quote. We’ll contact you first.

Need it faster or have special instructions?

Call or email us before you place the order if you need Next-Day Air, Saturday delivery, Hold-for-Pick-up, or want to ship on your own carrier account. It is not guaranteed but we can certainly try.

Signature / Delivery security

  • Packages are sent “Signature Not Required” unless you choose otherwise.
  • DanseUSA is not liable for loss or theft after the carrier marks a package “Delivered,” or for special instructions such as “Leave at back porch.”

Back-orders

If a manufacturer is out of stock we’ll email you. You can keep the order open, swap to an equivalent, or cancel for a full refund.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

Rates shown online are only estimates. We will email you final freight and duties for approval. Certain hazardous or oversize items may not be eligible.

Transit damage

Inspect every box before signing. Note any shortage or damage on the driver’s scanner or BOL and tell us within 3 business days so we can file a claim. Damage not noted at delivery voids reimbursement.

Quality check

All products are shipped after complete inspection and thorough quality control from our warehouse.

Limited Warranty

Coverage

DanseUSA passes through the manufacturer’s warranty to the customer, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Exclusions

Misuse, improper installation, modification, neglect, or any condition the manufacturer deems outside normal use voids this warranty.

Manufacturer supersession

If the OEM offers a longer warranty, their terms replace ours. We’ll help you file the claim.

Liability limits

DanseUSA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor, downtime, or lost profits. DanseUSA shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or misapplication of products.

Filing a claim

  • RGA required: No warranty returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RGA) number.
  • Report defects: Defective items must be reported within 10 days of delivery or discovery. We recommend filing immediately to ensure manufacturer assistance.
  • What to include: Order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  • Return timing: Return the part within 7 days of claim approval using the label we provide. Failure to return within 7 days may be subject to warranty forfeiture.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window

You may return most items within 10 days of the date of purchase if they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Two outcomes

  • Our mistake (wrong item shipped or mislabeled): You receive a pre-paid return label and a 100% refund, including original outbound shipping.
  • Customer mistake or change of mind (ordered the wrong part, fit not confirmed, or no longer needed): A 15% restocking fee applies, and you pay the return freight (or we deduct our label cost from the refund).

Fitment & diagrams disclaimer

Any item purchased without proper confirmation of fitment is at the customer’s risk. DanseUSA is not responsible for discrepancies in manufacturer part diagrams. If you’re not 100% sure a part fits your machine, please contact us before ordering.

Non-returnable items (industry-standard)

  • Electrical / electronic parts — may be returnable only if the manufacturer approves under special conditions.
  • Carburetors and their gaskets, seals, O-rings
  • Engines or engine parts showing any fuel/oil residue
  • Engine components such as gaskets, gasket sets, seals, O-rings
  • Anything installed or showing tool marks
  • Custom-made or fabricated items
  • Hazardous materials / fluids
  • Clearance, close-out, or “Final Sale” items
  • Promotional items
  • Extended Inventory items
  • Special orders (non-catalog) and volume purchases
  • Items not in original packaging, in altered packaging, or missing original components, manuals, or literature
  • Items shipped outside the continental USA — non-returnable

How to start a return

  1. Contact customerservice@danseusa.com or call us for an RGA number within the 10-day window.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
  3. Write the RGA on the box and ship it back. Place the provided return label over the original shipping label and reseal the box appropriately.
  4. After inspection, refunds appear on your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Sales Tax & Exemptions

We collect sales tax everywhere required by law.

  • Create an online account.
  • Email your resale or exemption certificate to customerservice@danseusa.com before purchasing.
  • We’ll confirm the same day or within one business day; all future orders placed while logged in will be tax-free.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or edited until they enter the shipping queue (usually within 1–2 hours of placement). After that point, the standard return rules apply.

How do I use this diagram?

Match the Ref. # on the diagram to the row in the parts list at the right. Click a part name to see details, price, and add it to cart.

How do I make sure a part fits my machine?

Confirm your model/series and serial number range on the product page. Many
manufacturers have serial breaks, when in doubt, share your model and serial with us and we’ll verify fit.

What do the Ref. numbers and quantities mean?

The Ref. # points to the callout on the drawing. Qty shows how many of that item your machine uses. Parts are sold individually unless noted as a kit.

Are these genuine parts?

Yes, we supply genuine OEM parts for all our brands. If a part has an approved
replacement, we ship the latest superseded revision.

Why does my original part number look different?

Manufacturers often supersede numbers. Our pages list the current orderable number and show older numbers in the description when available. Your old number will cross-reference to the correct part.

I can’t find a part in this diagram, can you still get it?

Yes. Some items are not pictured or are shared with other assemblies. Send us the model, serial, and a description (or photo) and we’ll locate it.
