Husqvarna LT 6005 Rammer Leg Bellows — OEM Part 594652001

The LT 6005 hits with a 67.7 mm amplitude — significantly more travel per cycle than the LT 5005, and that extra stroke puts the bellows through harder duty on every blow. This rubber accordion is the only barrier between site dust and the spring unit's piston rod, springs, and seals. When it cracks or tears at the convolutions, abrasive grit migrates into the rammer leg and quietly chews through internal components. Catching a failing bellows early is the difference between a routine rubber swap and a full spring unit teardown.

Part number 594652001 is the genuine OEM Husqvarna replacement for the LT 6005 platform, including the high-altitude LT 6005H and the China-market 11-inch build. Ships in Husqvarna packaging.

Signs Your LT 6005 Bellows Is Done

  • Cracks running across the convolutions or surface checking on the outer ribs

Installation Notes

  • Clamp torque (top and lower): 8.4 Nm
  • Surface prep: clean the bellows support flange and the outer tube mating surface — even a small particle path will defeat the new seal
  • Outer tube fit: seat with a soft hammer only. Never strike the rubber directly or pry with a screwdriver
  • Required disassembly: engine and spring unit must come off to fully access the bellows. Workshop manual sections 7.8.4 (removal) and 7.8.5 (installation) walk through the sequence
  • Refill: rammer leg oil capacity on the LT 6005 is 0.9 L of SAE 10W-30, API Class SJ — refill through the sight glass port after install

Coverage

DanseUSA passes through the manufacturer’s warranty to the customer, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Exclusions

Misuse, improper installation, modification, neglect, or any condition the manufacturer deems outside normal use voids this warranty.

Manufacturer supersession

If the OEM offers a longer warranty, their terms replace ours. We’ll help you file the claim.

Liability limits

DanseUSA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor, downtime, or lost profits. DanseUSA shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or misapplication of products.

Filing a claim

  • RGA required: No warranty returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RGA) number.
  • Report defects: Defective items must be reported within 10 days of delivery or discovery. We recommend filing immediately to ensure manufacturer assistance.
  • What to include: Order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  • Return timing: Return the part within 7 days of claim approval using the label we provide. Failure to return within 7 days may be subject to warranty forfeiture.

You may return most items within 10 days of the date of purchase if they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Two outcomes

  • Our mistake (wrong item shipped or mislabeled): You receive a pre-paid return label and a 100% refund, including original outbound shipping.
  • Customer mistake or change of mind (ordered the wrong part, fit not confirmed, or no longer needed): A 15% restocking fee applies, and you pay the return freight (or we deduct our label cost from the refund).

How to start a return

  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
  3. Write the RGA on the box and ship it back. Place the provided return label over the original shipping label and reseal the box appropriately.
  4. After inspection, refunds appear on your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
