The Pentagonal flail is made out of High carbon alloy steel and is used for removing excess concrete or asphalt materials, removing surface coatings, removing traffic lines, and profiling surfaces for new coating applications with a broom swept and rough finish. The service life is typically up to 250 hours. The dimensions are as followed 1-3/4 inch OD x 5/8 inch ID x 1/8 inch thickness
