SP8-3000 Star Flail by General Equipment
The star flail is made out of High carbon alloy steel and is used for removing surface coatings, and profiling surfaces for new coating applications with a smooth to medium finish. The service life is typically between 7-10 hours. The dimensions are as followed 1-3/4 inch OD x 5/8 inch ID x 1/8 inch thickness
The accessories offered here have a variety of different drums that use a series of different flails ranging from star, beam, pentagonal, beam, and milling flails. These flails are great for removing excess concrete or asphalt materials, removing traffic lines, removing surface coatings, and profiling surfaces for new coating applications. Part numbers for flail kits unassembled to the drum are displayed. For fully assembled kits to drum add “A” to the end of the number (example: SP8-6000A).
