About MTX70HD Jumping Jack Rammer Parts by Multiquip Mikasa
Genuine Multiquip Mikasa MTX70HD jumping jack rammer parts, from the bellows, clutch and foot to the Honda GX100RTKRBF engine, organized by the machine’s 19 parts diagrams. The MTX70HD is the current GX100 model of the Mikasa MTX-70 rammer, also called a tamping rammer or jumping jack compactor. Every part number on this page comes from Multiquip’s MTX70HD parts list.
Before you order, check the model and serial number on the plate on the crankcase. The clutch, carburetor and front cover changed at specific MTX70 serial numbers, listed below. If the plate is gone, send us the engine number and a photo of the machine; Multiquip supplies replacement plates against the serial number.

MTX70HD parts diagrams and the MTX-70 parts manual
The rammer parts are on seven diagrams: foot, guide cylinder, crankcase and engine, fuel tank and handle, combination lever, tools, and nameplates and decals. Foot, bellows and guide cylinder parts
A leaking bellows 354010010 gets replaced along with its two clamps 354336352. A broken main spring 366459730 is one reason a rammer jumps erratically or not at all. The bellows, springs and shoe are on the foot and guide cylinder diagrams.
MTX70HD maintenance schedule and service parts
The FKITMTX1 maintenance kit covers the 50 and 100 hour items in one order: primary and secondary air filters, spark plug, O-ring, in-line fuel strainer and fuel tank strainer. It also fits the MTX50HD, MTX60HD, MTX70HDR and MTX80HDR.

| Every 50 hours | Inspect the in-line fuel strainer 16910Z4ES21 and replace it if needed. Remove and clean the spark plug 9805655777 (NGK CR5HSB) and set the gap to 0.024–0.028 inch. |
| Every 80–100 hours | Wash the primary element 366010070 in gasoline or kerosene, dip it in SAE 10W-30 engine oil and wring it out so 25–30 cc of oil stays in it. Replace it, or the secondary element 366010080, as needed; both come together in the air filter set. |
| Every 200 hours | Drain the foot oil and refill with 10W-30 (SE, SF or higher) to the middle of the sight glass. On a new machine, change the break-in oil after the first 50 hours. |
| Every 6 months | Clean the inside of the fuel tank with solvent. Inspect and clean the fuel tank strainer 954406010, and replace it if needed. |
| Every 2 years | Replace the fuel line even if it looks fine: fuel hose 959328403 and 959328406 with their hose bands, all on the fuel tank diagram. |
| Long-term storage | Set the throttle lever to STOP, drain the fuel including the hose, change the lubrication oil and grease the lubrication points, then cover the air intake and the muffler outlet. |
Engine oil changes and valve clearance follow Honda’s engine manual. The engine takes 0.28 litre of SAE 30 above 15 °F, or 10W-30 below it.
Mikasa MTX70 parts that changed by serial number

| Carburetor | From MTX70 serial T-3363 the carburetor has an air purge (primer) system for cold starts: old 16100Z4ES14, then new 16100Z4ES43. The current list shows the primer carburetor as 16100Z4ES46, the number to order. An earlier machine can take the primer carburetor with conversion kit 366900060 (return hose, clips, spiral tube, two-barb filter holder, strainer). |

The MTX70HD parts list itself shows no serial breaks; these come from Multiquip’s MTX70 technical sheets, and a repowered MTX70SD keeps its original serial. If your serial is below one of these breaks, tell us which part you’re replacing and we’ll check the number.
